Refund & Exchange Policy

Right of Return

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receipt if:

The product has a manufacturing defect.

The product does not match specifications.

The wrong product was delivered.

Refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 14 days after inspection.

Right of Exchange

Customers may exchange a product within 14 days if unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories.

Customer bears shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a store error or defect.

Exceptions

Custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Discounted/promotional items are non-returnable unless defective.

General Conditions

Proof of purchase is required.

Requests outside the time limits will not be accepted.

The store reserves the right to reject returns/exchanges if the item is used or damaged.
